Vendor Policy:
Vendor Coordinator for event is Earth Folk.
PLEASE KEEP GROUNDS CLEANER THAN YOU FOUND THEM. WE DO NOT WANT TO GIVE OUR HOST A REASON TO NOT WELCOME US BACK.
All vendors must carry proof of insurance with a minimum of $1 million liability coverage, naming Archery Outfitters & Earth Folk as additionally insured.
All spaces are outdoors. No water or Electricity provided.
Generators are allowed.
Vendors representing major brands are limited to one per brand on a first-come, first-served basis.
All vendors are responsible for their own compliance to do business at this venue, not limited to: Taxes, Permits, License, Insurance, Code Compliance and proper reporting.
Placement & Entry
Setup
Friday, October 9: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Saturday, October 10: 7:00 AM – 11:45 AM
Coordinators will assist with booth placement based on size and product. End caps reserved for larger booths.
Food vendors will be grouped in a designated food court area.
Vendors are responsible for providing their own setup, including tables, chairs, electricity, water, lighting, and decorations. Each space includes an additional 2 feet for tie-downs (shared with neighboring booths).
Tips: Decorate your booth with spooky flair! Candy for trick-or-treaters is welcome.
Each vendor may bring up to 4 staff members; additional staff must purchase event tickets.
Vendor entry does not include haunted trail tickets (available at the gate).
Important Policies
• Tickets are non-refundable (cash entry allowed).
• All minors must be accompanied by an adult and require their own ticket.
• We are a kindness-based community—hate speech is prohibited.
• Event is rain or shine; dress accordingly.
• Drugs, weapons, and illegal substances/practices are strictly prohibited.
• Psychic readings are for entertainment purposes only and do not replace medical or psychiatric advice.
